Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide expert product advice and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and meet visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions to increase sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage).
- High energy, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to work.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or stocking.
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty and health industry.
