Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are properly displayed, and promotional materials are in place
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and receiving deliveries
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service and store operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
