Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Provide expert advice on health, beauty, and personal care products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory shelf organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle incoming stock, restock shelves, and perform regular inventory checks.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions to shoppers.
- Ensure compliance with all store safety and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or other local dialects.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about the health and beauty industry.
- Able to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
