Tanggung Jawab
- Provide proactive and friendly customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate checkout transactions.
- Perform stock replenishment and ensure products are displayed neatly according to merchandising standards.
- Promote Watsons Club membership and inform customers about ongoing promotions and loyalty rewards.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory counting and monitoring stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; students are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English to communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not required.
