Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide proactive and friendly customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate checkout transactions.
  • Perform stock replenishment and ensure products are displayed neatly according to merchandising standards.
  • Promote Watsons Club membership and inform customers about ongoing promotions and loyalty rewards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
  • Assist in inventory counting and monitoring stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; students are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English to communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not required.
