Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing excellent service and assistance.
- Assist customers in locating and selecting the right products from our health and beauty range.
- Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
- Answer customer queries regarding product ingredients, promotions, and store policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
