Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert recommendations on health and beauty items.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Ensure the store shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized according to visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts and replenishment tasks.
- Educate customers on current promotions, Watsons membership benefits, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a high standard of store hygiene and housekeeping throughout the shift.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally, ensuring a positive store experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (knowledge of multiple languages is a plus).
- Friendly, energetic, and a positive attitude towards customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operation purposes.
