Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all sales transactions and loyalty card registrations.
- Perform stock replenishment and ensure products are displayed neatly according to merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Promote current marketing campaigns, membership programs, and seasonal promotions to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store floor and checkout areas.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; current students are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong passion for customer service.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge or interest in health and beauty products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
