Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide expert product recommendations across beauty, health, and personal care categories.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and properly stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock replenishment and stock taking.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Support promotional activities and campaigns within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or beauty consultancy is an added advantage.
- Must be energetic, proactive, and possess a positive service-oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- A genuine interest in health and beauty products.
