Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Provide expert product recommendations and share information regarding current promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organized product displays, and optimal stock levels on shelves.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and participating in stock counts.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and beauty trends to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Maintain security and safety standards within the store premises at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash transactions.
  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance, aligning with retail industry standards.
