Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify online orders accurately to ensure timely collection and delivery.
  • Maintain high service standards by addressing customer inquiries regarding order status and product availability.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage inventory levels and order fulfillment workflows.
  • Prepare products for shipment, including packing, labeling, and quality checks.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and troubleshoot logistical issues with a proactive mindset.
  • Update the internal e-commerce system with accurate delivery information and tracking details.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the e-commerce department.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and web-based systems).
  • Able to commit to a flexible schedule as required by the business.
