As a Festival Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our brand during high-traffic promotional periods. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on individual customer needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are well-organized and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with promotional setups and festival-themed merchandising displays.
- Manage inventory replenishment and ensure all items are correctly priced.
- Provide support during peak hours to reduce customer waiting times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Highly energetic with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
