- Provide exceptional customer service and product information during festival events
- Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and checkout processes
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organized product displays
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and shelf organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth festival operations and peak-hour coverage
- Participate in promotional activities and seasonal campaign implementations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and/or English
- Positive, energetic attitude with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
