In this role, you will be the face of Watsons, assisting shoppers with their queries, promoting our latest promotions, and ensuring our store displays are inviting and well-organized. You will work closely with the store team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in locating products, explaining product features, and making recommendations based on their needs.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions responsibly.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive festive displays, promotional stands, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product pricing accuracy.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and organized to meet company visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and participate in store activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers of all ages.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling and POS operations.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
