Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining product features, and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive festive displays, promotional stands, and promotional materials.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product pricing accuracy.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and organized to meet company visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and participate in store activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers of all ages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling and POS operations.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
