- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations during festival promotions
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the checkout counter
- Participate in setting up and dismantling promotional displays and festival-themed decorations
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction

- Participate in stock management activities, including receiving and organizing merchandise
