- Provide exceptional customer service during the festival period, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are displayed attractively to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the checkout counter
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability

Kualifikasi
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
