- Deliver exceptional customer service at the Watsons festival booth within Tesco Extra
- Promote and demonstrate Watsons beauty, skincare, and wellness products to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and promotional materials
- Assist with booth setup, decoration, and dismantling for festival events
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth festival operations
- Report sales data and customer feedback to store management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
