Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Help maintain the store's appearance by stocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring product displays are inviting.
- Handle cash handling and prepare change accurately.
- Support promotional activities and Raya festival displays within the store.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and promotions.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a smooth and organized shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred.
