Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-level strategic financial advice to regional leadership regarding tax planning and corporate financing options.
- Oversee treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, cash flow efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Evaluate corporate investment strategies and conduct feasibility studies for business expansion.
- Ensure corporate compliance with Singapore tax regulations, transfer pricing guidelines, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external tax consultants.
- Analyze capital structures and recommend optimal financing mechanisms to reduce capital costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA, CA, or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- At least 5 to 8 years of solid experience in corporate finance, treasury management, or strategic financial advisory.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore tax frameworks, treasury functions, and banking facilities.
- Proven ability to formulate strategic recommendations and present them clearly to executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a part-time arrangement.
