Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to support the CIO and executive leadership team.
- Manage property-related financial data, ensuring integrity and alignment with company standards.
- Analyze daily business flow data to identify efficiencies and potential operational risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance and property-related reporting workflows.
- Maintain executive dashboards and trackers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with precision.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for executive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or operations support.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
