As an HR Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR department. You will be the first point of contact for administrative tasks, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update employee digital and physical records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing welcome kits, contracts, and relevant documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative HR requests from staff members, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure attendance tracking and leave management records are up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll support documentation and HR reports.
  • Ensure office compliance with current employment laws and internal company HR policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in an HR administrative or office support role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Diploma or certification in Human Resources or a related business field is a plus.
  • Strong ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented environment.
