Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee records and HR database maintenance
- Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Handle employee inquiries and administrative documentation
- Coordinate office logistics and general affairs operations
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Facilitate internal communications and policy updates
- Collaborate with department heads for operational alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of HR administration or general affairs experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR practices
