Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact at a premium, growing F&B brand? JING is seeking our very first Part-Time HR Manager to serve as the foundational voice of our human resources strategy. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement HR processes from the ground up for a dynamic hospitality business.
As our inaugural HR practitioner, you will operate as a strategic partner to management, handling everything from talent acquisition and culture building to compliance and policy development. This is a freelance engagement requiring approximately 20-24 hours per month. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear trajectory toward a full-time leadership position as our operations continue to scale.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement core HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored for the F&B industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top-tier hospitality staff.
- Oversee performance management frameworks, providing guidance on feedback cycles and professional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with JING’s premium brand identity.
- Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, and HR administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Kualifikasi
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for candidates with F&B or retail industry experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations.
- Proven ability to work independently as a 'sole HR' practitioner or in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and workforce planning.
- Degree or Professional Certification in Human Resources or Business Management is highly preferred.
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
