- Host live streaming sessions on various platforms to showcase floral products and promotions.
- Engage with viewers in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a welcoming community.
- Demonstrate products clearly and enthusiastically to highlight their features and benefits.
- Assist viewers with purchasing processes and provide product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare product showcases and manage inventory during streams.
- Maintain a professional and energetic demeanor on camera throughout the broadcast.
- Track engagement metrics and adapt streaming strategies to boost viewer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in live streaming, hosting, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
- High energy, outgoing personality, and ability to command a room (or screen).
- Strong camera presence and ability to present products engagingly.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule to accommodate streaming hours.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media tools.
