In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the rehabilitation journey of our clients. You will not just be teaching exercises; you will be guiding individuals through evidence-based Pilates sessions designed to restore function, improve posture, and enhance overall quality of life. Whether working with post-injury patients or clients seeking long-term physical maintenance, your expertise in biomechanics and movement therapy will be the cornerstone of their success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and facilitate personalized Pilates programs tailored to client rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Monitor and document client progress, ensuring sessions align with overall treatment plans.
- Educate clients on proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques to prevent injury.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other clinical staff to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming studio environment at all times.
- Provide clinical insights to help refine client recovery protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest movement science and Pilates-based rehabilitation research.
Kualifikasi
- Recognized Pilates Instructor Certification (Mat and/or Reformer).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or boutique studio setting.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse client base.
- Ability to adapt session intensity based on individual clinical needs and pain levels.
- Valid CPR/AED certification is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to commit to part-time or locum scheduling in the Central Region.
