- Provide exceptional and personalized customer service, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for all clients.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fitting room services, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the brand's collections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Maintain impeccable store visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are beautifully displayed and the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Support inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat visits and fostering brand loyalty.
- Actively participate in achieving individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols and loss prevention measures.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion, high-end department stores, or premium brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele.
- A genuine passion for luxury products, fashion trends, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
