Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure high-quality merchandising and presentation of all bulk food products.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards by following regular cleaning schedules for all bulk food bins.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of stock to prevent shortages.
- Accurately receive and document incoming stock deliveries.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with store staff and management.
- Execute planograms and promotional displays to maximize brand visibility.
- Identify and report any store issues or stock discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or stock management is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding hygiene and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with store teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized approach to daily tasks.
- Basic numeracy skills for stock ordering and inventory receipting.
- Ability to travel across the Central Region as required.
