  • Verify patient insurance information and process financial responsibilities accurately.
  • Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and patient files with precision.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and supply management.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Medical Office Administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic EMR systems.
