Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate daily executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Provide translation and interpretation services for business communications, emails, and documents (English to Japanese and vice versa).
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supply procurement.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and Japanese-speaking clients or stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with discretion.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects to ensure operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (Essential: JLPT N1 or equivalent native proficiency).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office setting.
