Office is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. As a vital part of our sourcing operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for products across various categories. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and uphold our brand reputation. You will be instrumental in implementing and overseeing stringent quality control processes throughout the product lifecycle, from initial supplier audits and sampling to in-line inspections and final product verification. This includes verifying that all products meet rigorous technical specifications, international safety standards, and regulatory compliance before reaching our global customer base.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular product inspections and quality audits at various stages of the manufacturing process (e.g., pre-production, in-line, final random inspection) in accordance with specified standards and client requirements.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, and quality issues promptly, and work collaboratively with suppliers to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Verify that all products meet technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory compliance before shipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed quality control documentation, inspection reports, and data for analysis and traceability.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sourcing, logistics) and external suppliers to ensure clear communication and swift resolution of quality-related concerns.
- Assist in the evaluation and qualification of new potential suppliers based on their quality management systems and production capabilities.
- Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on quality performance and issues to the management team in India.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality processes and overall supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles, preferably within the manufacturing, sourcing, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, and international quality standards (e.g., AQL, ISO).
- Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and robust problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with our international teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a part-time capacity.
- Willingness to travel locally to supplier factories/sites within Jakarta Raya and surrounding areas as needed.
- Familiarity with diverse product categories (e.g., home furnishings, electronics, textile) is considered a significant advantage.
