Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networksScreen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competenciesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer negotiationCoordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profilesMaintain accurate applicant tracking system records and generate recruitment analyticsDevelop and implement diversity-focused sourcing strategiesConduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience with proven track recordStrong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapportKnowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirementsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience in international NGO or development sector recruitment preferredResults-oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
