Tanggung Jawab

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer negotiation
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and generate recruitment analytics
  • Develop and implement diversity-focused sourcing strategies
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages
  • Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with proven track record
  • Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in international NGO or development sector recruitment preferred
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
