Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and fitting room assistance.
- Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, ensuring the sales floor and fitting rooms are tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer requests accurately.
- Proactively engage with customers, build relationships, and utilize upselling techniques to drive sales and meet targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organizing the stockroom, and processing transfers.
- Collaborate with the store management and team members to execute visual merchandising displays and promotional events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for fashion is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively and confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- A friendly, approachable, and energetic personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with retail POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items (up to 5kg) during busy shifts.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
