Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, specifically regarding our Japanese skincare and wellness lines.
- Support promotional activities and store campaigns to drive sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin (ability to speak multiple languages is a plus).
- A positive, friendly, and energetic personality with a passion for customer engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Willingness to learn about Japanese beauty and health trends.
