We are looking for energetic, style-conscious, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect blend of performance and comfort. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and understanding their athleisure needs.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and sizing inquiries to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to keep the store display clean, organized, and on-brand.
- Efficiently process transactions at the POS system while handling exchanges and returns.
- Participate in stock replenishment, inventory management, and cycle counts.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fabric technologies, and brand updates to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Support store operations to ensure the floor is ready for peak traffic hours, especially on weekdays and weekends.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, with a preference for weekday availability.
- A genuine interest in athleisure, fitness, or the Korean fashion landscape.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with a premium lifestyle brand.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a high-energy team.
- Basic proficiency with retail Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
