- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
