- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth store opening, closing, and accurate cash handling procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales performance targets.
- Deliver exceptional personalized customer service and handle customer inquiries or feedback with professional poise.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate seasonal stock-takes.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to keep store displays attractive, premium, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage flexible staff rosters to optimize floor coverage during peak shopping hours.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare retail reports for management to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of retail store management or supervisory experience, preferably within fashion or lifestyle apparel.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- A genuine passion for current fashion trends, styling, and delivering high-quality client experiences.
