Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Manage front desk and reception operations, including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and routing messages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, sorting incoming/outgoing mail, and managing courier services.
- Ensure the reception area, lobby, and visitor meeting rooms are kept clean, organized, and presentable.
- Rove and adapt quickly to various designated corporate sites within the West Region as assigned.
- Oversee facility booking schedules and assist with visitor registration and pass management.
- Address and resolve basic customer service issues or escalate complex inquiries to management.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Professional grooming, presentation, and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to travel to different corporate sites in the West Region (roving basis).
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email clients.
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications, or equivalent.
- Ability to commit to flexible part-time schedules and ad-hoc shifts as agreed.
