We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Safeguarding Administrative Support on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our students.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our safeguarding operations, ensuring that all administrative processes related to child protection are handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism. You will work closely with the Safeguarding Team to implement best practices and ensure compliance with local regulations, contributing significantly to the well-being of our school community.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of safeguarding incidents, concerns, and actions taken in line with school policies.
- Assist in the coordination and processing of recruitment checks, including background screenings and police clearance verification.
- Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding Team, including managing correspondence and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with external agencies, such as the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), when required, to ensure proper reporting and compliance.
- Support the implementation and delivery of safeguarding training sessions for staff and volunteers.
- Monitor and review safeguarding documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to the school's Code of Conduct.
Kualifikasi
- A Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in safeguarding, child protection, or HR administration within an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore’s child protection laws and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
