Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers entering the store.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Proactively approach customers to offer product information, promotions, and style advice.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, tagging, and stock counting.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily store sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Open to all candidates; no prior retail experience required as full training is provided.
- Possess a positive attitude and an energetic personality with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Must be flexible to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a group.
