Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to effectively serve customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and upselling when appropriate
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are fully stocked
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM (or equivalent) qualification; fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply
- Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required (full training provided)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 5kg)
