- Welcome and greet customers into the store, providing an excellent and memorable shopping experience.
- Offer fashion advice and product knowledge to help customers find what they are looking for.
- Actively drive sales by promoting current campaigns, trends, and garment combinations.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising according to H&M guidelines.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing sales and returns accurately.
- Support the team with stock room duties, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and inclusive team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Strong passion for fashion, retail, and providing top-tier customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, moving stock).
- Eligibility to work in Malaysia.
