Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively approaching, assisting, and inspiring customers to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by promoting current campaigns, the H&M Loyalty program, and relevant product add-ons.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling payments, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate cash management procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising by ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked, clean, and organized according to H&M's global guidelines.
  • Replenish merchandise promptly and support stockroom operations including receiving deliveries and managing inventory levels.
  • Support omnichannel operations such as Click & Collect, online returns processing, and assisting customers with digital inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all customers and colleagues.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (a third language is an advantage).
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic mindset.
  • Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening hours according to the business needs of the store.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods while performing physical tasks like lifting and carrying boxes.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
  • Prior retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory—comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
