Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with shoppers.
- Maintain high store standards through effective garment care, folding, and replenishment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale (POS) terminal.
- Support store visual merchandising efforts to keep the sales floor looking attractive and on-brand.
- Assist with fitting room operations and provide honest styling advice to customers.
- Handle incoming shipments, stock processing, and organize the stockroom effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Passionate about fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends.
