Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment for all customers.
- Actively assist customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and fitting room support.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Contribute to maintaining impeccable store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product presentation.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor, assist with inventory management tasks, and organize backroom areas.
- Promote H&M loyalty programs, special offers, and new collections to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and courteously, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and proactive demeanor.
- A genuine passion for fashion, current trends, and the H&M brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required for a part-time role.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations and store systems.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and lift/move merchandise up to 10kg.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
