Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with fashion advice and styling tips to ensure a personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising according to H&M guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, and ensuring the selling floor is organized.
- Operate the fitting room area and handle customer inquiries and returns professionally.
- Support team members during peak hours and busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and inviting for all visitors.

- Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-oriented personality with a genuine interest in fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices or POS systems.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
