- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Drive sales by offering product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory activities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to store targets
- Stay informed about current promotions and fashion trends
- Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
Kualifikasi
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- Passion for fashion and an eagerness to learn about H&M products
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
