Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries, selections, and fitting advice
- Drive sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with basic communication skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Physical stamina for extended standing and light lifting (up to 10kg)
- Positive attitude with team collaboration abilities
