- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product selection and styling advice.
- Operate the point of sale system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing in line with H&M's brand standards.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising tasks.
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and recommend relevant products.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
