- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide personalized style advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences and current trends.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including rack organization, fitting room cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and restocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets while adhering to H&M’s policies on returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to execute promotional events and seasonal launches.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 18 years and eligibility to work in Malaysia.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for fashion and retail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
