Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers to provide a friendly and helpful shopping experience.
- Assist customers with styling advice and product information to drive sales.
- Maintain high-level visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash desk while providing excellent service.
- Handle incoming shipments, replenishment, and garment steaming to ensure stock availability.
- Support the store team in achieving daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Uphold H&M brand values and store policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for fashion and retail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Malay.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
