  • Process transactions accurately at the cash desk while providing excellent service.
  • Handle incoming shipments, replenishment, and garment steaming to ensure stock availability.
  • Support the store team in achieving daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Uphold H&M brand values and store policies at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for fashion and retail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Malay.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
