Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers throughout their visit.
- Maintain high standards of store visual presentation, including folding, hanging, and replenishment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Support the team with stock processing, including receiving deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
- Assist in the implementation of seasonal sales campaigns and promotional displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure an inviting atmosphere for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required; we value a great attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- A genuine interest in fashion and the H&M brand.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
